Why I started this journey

While I knew about the science behind dyes, our choice really came from real-life experiences. I watched the impact food dyes had on children close to us personally, including my own family and nephew. Once I started seeing their impact first-hand...I couldn’t unsee it. As a family chiropractor, I also witnessed many other families walk this journey and something they all had in common was wishing they would have known sooner. So, I decided it was time to start speaking up about it.

I know how overwhelming this journey can feel at first. Any change can be that way. Just know, my goal is not perfection. It’s to help other moms feel empowered, informed and confident enough to take simple steps toward healthier choices for their families.
